We are an organisation offering assessment and support services to Fostering and Family Placement Teams throughout the U.K.
Our main focus is on assessing and supporting friend and relative foster carers. We feel we are able to deliver a comprehensive service, everything from locating potential carers through to offering long-term supervision and support after approval is gained.
KinshipCare are also able to offer support to authorities in completing Family Group Conferencing, Adoption work, Private Fostering Assessments, Residence Orders and Special Guardianship tasks.
As our Qualified Social Workers have small caseloads we are usually able to complete assessments sooner, with an average turnaround of 8 weeks* for successful assessments. This more intense assessment time means that children can be placed sooner. *(Data taken from assessments completed Sept 2006 - Sept 2007)
KinshipCare are flexible enough to be able to complete assessments throughout the U.K and Overseas. We also offer all the ongoing support, training and supervision carers need, through regular visiting patterns and via our out of hours support line.
We aim to provide these quality services at competitive prices, comparable to regular employment agency rates but without the associated costs of being direct members of your team. All of our rates, terms and conditions are available on request.
